• Delivering on Card Acquisition targets
• Ability to engage with corporate CDM’s/ clients and be a highly productive operating unit.
• Tele Calling prospective clients/ corporate to generate leads, ensure fulfillment.
• Organizing engagement events and presentations for corporate.

Major Challenges
Identifying and creating opportunity for Acquiring right customer segment from Credit Cards perspective
Candidate Specifications
1. Sound knowledge of Delhi Market and complete mobility within NCR limits
2. Communication skills and personality to engage with clients
3. Experience in the Indian markets, understanding of Corporate engagement
4. Strong people orientation and capability to understand requirements and engage with clients
5. Ability to carry out telecalling on prospective client base and convert it into a Sale
6. Ability to carry out end to end fulfillment and also involve oneself in one to one sale through a partner in store sourcing model
7. Aggressive and business oriented, ability to work with the Banker team as well as Channel partners to deliver on a business plan
8. Team orientation, ability to work along with the senior colleagues to deepen and widen corporate relationships
9. Execution orientation and ability to show ownership of the Emerging Affluent/ Affluent segment
